Case studies: platforms that actually run

Isometric illustration: a phone and a laptop showing the KizzyDance platform, linked by a data flow between dancer silhouettes

Platforms designed, deployed and then operated by SeedVision — and still in production today. Each page describes the context, the challenge, the approach, what running it demands and the architecture choices — with real dates, not milestones reconstructed after the fact.

These case studies are the concrete counterpart of the offerings: they show what a delivery pipeline becomes after several years, what a Sunday database migration costs, and why monitoring without useful alerts is worthless.

The dated facts quoted on each page — regulatory calendar, tool versions — are public and verifiable: they constrain the scope as much as the client's own needs.

What these platforms have in common

  • A single delivery chain, used by the urgent fix as much as by the planned change
  • Alerts wired to signals that carry a user-visible consequence, and to nothing else
  • A runbook kept current and executed by the client team, not filed away
  • Architecture choices owned together with their trade-off, written on the page rather than left unsaid
