DevOps, cloud and AI engineering services
Four fixed-scope, fixed-price engagements that follow one another or stand alone: scope, prove, industrialise, operate. Each one states its duration, its written deliverables and its stopping rule — the goal is not to sell the next one, but to get your project into production.
The usual path starts with the audit when several use cases compete for the same budget, then moves to the POC once one of them deserves to be proven on your real data. Industrialisation takes over as soon as the prototype has to face users: delivery pipeline, monitoring, guardrails, compliance. Run and maintenance, finally, is for platforms already in production that no internal team can follow day to day.
If your need fits none of these, each offer page also states when it is NOT the right one — often the most useful piece of information.

AI audit & architecture scoping — 3 to 5 days
You have AI ideas but no clear roadmap? SeedVision delivers an actionable 90-day roadmap in 3 to 5 days, based on an audit of your infrastructure, data and security, prioritised by real ROI.

AI agent & RAG POC on your data — 10 to 15 days
Want to validate an AI use case on your real data before investing heavily? SeedVision delivers a working AI agent or RAG pipeline in 15 days at most, deployed to staging, with a customer-ready demo.

MLOps deployment & industrialisation — 15 to 30 days
Your POC works locally but production scares you? SeedVision builds the technical foundation that turns your AI prototype into an observable, compliant platform able to scale — CI/CD, LLM monitoring, guardrails, runbook.

Run & ad-hoc maintenance — Monthly retainer or daily-rate engagements
Your AI platform runs but needs daily attention your team doesn't have time to give? SeedVision operates it monthly or by the day — on-call, updates, continuous optimisation.

What the four engagements have in common
- A duration announced before starting, and a fixed price rather than an open day counter
- Written deliverables: a report, a delivery pipeline, a runbook — never just a deck
- A stopping rule: SeedVision says when going further makes no sense, even when that costs the next engagement
- A knowledge transfer at the end, so your teams do not depend on a supplier to redeploy
