What SeedVision actually does

SeedVision designs the architecture, builds the delivery chain and puts platforms into service that have to hold in front of real users. The starting point is almost always the same: a prototype that works on a developer's machine, and nobody to answer the question "who watches it, who redeploys it, who fixes it on a Sunday?".

This is neither an agency nor an open-ended staffing contract: every engagement states its duration, its written deliverables and its stopping rule. When going further makes no sense, SeedVision says so — even when that costs the next engagement.

Our offerings

  • AI audit & architecture scoping — 3 to 5 days. Maturity mapping, use cases prioritised by ROI and feasibility, costed 90-day roadmap. You leave with a roadmap, not with slides.
  • AI agent & RAG POC — 10 to 15 days. Agent or RAG pipeline deployed to staging on your real data, indexed vector database, customer-ready demo.
  • MLOps deployment & industrialisation — 15 to 30 days. CI/CD for models and prompts, LLM observability, guardrails, AI Act compliance, ops runbook.
  • Run & ad-hoc maintenance — monthly retainer or daily rate. On-call, updates, continuous cost and performance optimisation.

The usual path of a project

The audit settles things when several use cases compete for the same budget. The POC proves, on your documents and your constraints, the one that deserved a try. Industrialisation takes it in front of users: delivery chain, monitoring, guardrails, compliance. Run and maintenance takes over for platforms no internal team can follow day to day. The four steps can be taken together or separately — starting in the middle is common, and perfectly legitimate.

Engineering foundation — cloud, DevOps & AI

Where most tech projects stop at prototype, SeedVision industrialises: continuous integration, Kubernetes, data platforms, AI pipelines, observability and AI Act compliance.

Technologies: LangChain, LangGraph, Claude, OpenAI, n8n, Make, ElevenLabs, React, Node.js, Java Spring, Python, Flutter, PostgreSQL, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, Ansible, GitHub Actions, AWS.

Frequently asked questions

How long does an engagement take?

Three to five days for an audit, ten to fifteen for a POC, fifteen to thirty for industrialisation. Operations are taken monthly or by the day. The duration is announced before starting, and the price is fixed.

Does my data have to go to a model provider?

That is your call: proprietary models (Claude, GPT) or open models (Mistral, Llama) hosted on your own infrastructure. The question is settled during scoping, before the first line of code.

What if the project is not worth pursuing?

SeedVision says so, and writes it down. A report that justifies stopping a project is an avoided cost, not wasted budget: that is precisely what scoping is for.
